The Yard Porter role is to receive and list entries and involves unpacking boxes, lifting, sorting and setting goods ready for sale working primarily outside.


Your personal qualities, skills and your flexibility are more important to us than your age or auction experience. We are looking for a ‘good all-rounder’ who can work in an organised and efficient way in a busy Saleroom environment.


Porters must be able to lift with assistance. Successful applicants will be willing and able to be flexible with regards to shift finish times. We are a small team, and all cover each other for holiday & sickness cover by arrangement. We are looking for people who are organised, efficient and can demonstrate good attention to detail. If you are a good communicator who can work well under pressure and can demonstrate an understanding of the needs of a small business, we would like to hear from you now.
