Verbal Valuation or Pre-Sale Appraisal

At Your Premises – £75.00 including VAT
(within a 15 mile radius of Watton – an additional mileage charge may be made for visits outside this area)
The Auctioneer will visit your home, property or business premises to carry out a pre-sale appraisal and give a verbal opinion of value

Valuation or Pre-Sale Appraisal – Plus Summary by Email

At Your Premises – £105.00 including VAT
(within a 15 mile radius of Watton – an additional mileage charge may be made for visits outside this area)
The Auctioneer will visit your home, property or business premises to carry out a pre-sale appraisal and email a summary of the items valued.

Written Valuation For Probate, Dispersal or Insurance

At Your Premises – £275.00 including VAT*
(within a 15 mile radius of Watton – an additional mileage charge may be made for visits outside this area)
The Auctioneer will visit your home, property or business premises to compile an itemised schedule with current market values of the items inspected.
*This fee covers the first 3hrs work which is sufficient for most valuations – if required additional hours will be charged at £40 plus VAT per hour.
